WIDA Practice Test for ESL KINDERGARTEN

I needed something to help my lil' kinders practice for the WIDA ACCESS test.  I first made the Alligator WIDA style practice test.  I was really glad I did.  Every year, I had noticed my kinders didn't perform as high as they did in the regular and ESL classroom.  This lack of success seemed mostly due to the unfamiliar testing format.  After giving the Alligator test, I was thrilled.  It really helped me fine tune my questioning and activities in my subsequent lessons.

After my success with the 1st nine week practice test, I thought, "why stop there?"  So, I created another practice for the end of the 2nd  nine weeks called "ZOO".  This assessment stepped up the listening and speaking to questions you would find at the end of each section on the WIDA test.





A few years ago, I made this Listening and Speaking Storyboard practice test for WIDA.
